TEN YEAR WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that the Cardinal 10 Surface Protection will remain water repellent for a period of ten years from the date of the receipt provided by your installer.
NOTE: Visible streaking or swirling patterns may appear on the glass when the glass is steamed up. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the performance of the surface protection. It is not visible when the shower is dry and not in use. BASIC MANUFACTURER MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
Basic Manufacturer Maintenance Recommendations to Maximize the Benefit of Your Cardinal 10 Treated Shower Doors:
After each use:
Rinse or spray the surface with cool (for best results), clean water. Wipe it dry or let the water drain off and pat dry the few remaining droplets. You may also use a squeegee.
Once a month:
Wet the surface and use a nylon body puff or soft cloth and go over the wet surface, rubbing in a circular motion. You should feel places that are “sticky” going back to slick again. Then rinse or spray the surface with cool, clean water just as you do after each use. Wipe it dry or let the water drain off, and pat dry the few remaining droplets.
Do NOT use harsh chemical cleaners:
Other cleaners that can be safely used with a paper or microfiber towel on Cardinal 10 protected shower doors include non-ammonia based glass cleaners, a vinegar/water solution or other pH neutral glass cleaning products (Ammonia Free Windex®, Sprayway®, Simple Green® or Diluted vinegar with water (1:3)).
